That Southern diet doesn't do wonders for the waistline, I'm thinking!
Fried this, fried that, fried anything that don't run away fast enough....

Apologies for being late. Jumped on the scales at home. 13st 10lb or 192lbs total.
That's 11 lbs off since xmas, just by cutting out all the crap. I no longer snack at work, and no longer am i solely responsible for haribos share price. Also cut down on the beer intake.
Haven't started in the gym properly yet either.

Also cut down on the beer intake. Dear God, we can tell you aren't in the Service anymore!

Hmmm, just had a thought, muscle weighs twice as much as fat (or more?) so I must be really heavily muscled to be over 20 stone! Therefore the answer to my problem must be to stop being such a fitness freak and allow the muscles to fade? Any thoughts? LOL HG

LOL HG Well, you could always try 'stop expecting your muscles to lug 20 stone around'

Not even got around to weighing in yet, been munching high fat/sugar stuff of late. Just not been in the mood to kick start the healthy eating yet.

Weighed myself this morning: 15 stone 13 and 1/2lb for a total loss of 5 and 1/2lb in 2 weeks. Again- slow and steady is the best way to keep it off right? FK

Sadly I have gained 1/2 lb. Weighed in at 20 st 10 lbs this am. No excuses, but the reason is that I am currently eating to stay awake whilst working silly hours, well silly for an old git like me anyway! Hopefully will restart properly in February!

Bob I know as well as anyone that is bloody hard to stop eating all the food that tastes so good (and I've had your paella so I know how good you are at preparing tasty food!) Just keep going mate, it'll come off eventually, I'm looking long term (giving myself a year to see how much I can lose) but I'm certainly not going to worry if I go up or down a lb or 2 each week and neither should you FK

I'm not worrying necessarily, just annoyed at myself to be honest. Was going well until Saturday then "Kablooey" eating everything in an effort to stay awake long enough to work! Still zombiefied at the moment with no end on sight for another 2 weeks at least! "Braiiinsssss!" If I had any I wouldn't be working here! LOL

Gained a pound this week. Not surprising working 5 12 hour night shifts on the bounce. Been in the same camp as bob and eating to stay awake
