Well today was supposed to be a gentle re-introduction to the gym. So after a 90 minute session, we then went off to cromer to buy a bike for carol, followed by sorting some vinyl flooring for outr downstairs and finding the right furniture. Not happy with that we came back to our town got our little girl and went back to cromer to buy paint. 10 litres of paint weigh a bit i can tell you. So 12 hours after we left, on a sweltering hot day....we finally got home.

I wish...but today involved much the same. 9 hours at work then down to norwich for some hobby goodness. The guy was keeping the store open specially for me to get there...so that involved a 10 minute run mostly uphill. All this on 2 days of salad and mostly water. I had better be losing some weight dang it.

Probably gaining it via muscle, as muscle weighs thre times what fat weighs IIRC! LOL Sorry, couldn't help myself!

Lol mate love that quote. Truth behind it is when you compare an area. Love it when someone says 'muscle weighs more than fat'. Well no not really because a pound is a pound no matter what your weighing lol.
But something must be working. Last week 15st 6lbs. Today 15st 1lb.

If you want to be really picky, a pound is actually a unit of forceĀ Isn't that only when expressed over a specific area eg lb per square inch? Also if you are referring to muscle vs fat in regard to density then yes for a specific volume of muscle it does weigh more than the same volume of fat.

Don't know how I've managed it but I've just been to the doctors. Nothing wrong, just registering at my first civvy doctor in best part of 15 years. I'd forgotten since September. Anyway, nursey does height and weight and I've lost 5 kilos.
