Just jumped on the scales. After they'd finished crying they settled at 14St 2lb
I also now appear to be smuggling a wok around my midriff in some kind of perverse tribute to my ogre army

been avoiding the scales over the last month or so. 3 weeks with a chest infection saw me not go to the gym. Then 2 weeks of work being retarded added to it too. But finally got back in there again today and boy did it hurt

I'm struggling, really struggling with this, put a few of the lb back on that I lost and got stuck again, 4lb lighter than when I started this but it should be much better than that, I really need to get my head together and get started again...

Not too surprising really, Paul; I mean I expect given the nature of your job it can be very much a 'grab what you can eat when you're able to eat it' kinda day.

Oh I would love to have reasons for it matey but they all come out like lame excuses, there is that of course but on my days off I still eat too much and too much of the wrong things so no excuses on those days, I hate using the word `addiction` as it is a very strong word to use but addiction is probably the right word for it nonetheless.

Oh I agree, addiction is the right word. Y'know, I would honestly not mind getting addicted to your Paella........ I reckon I could handle it.

The scales seem to be broke. Either I've put on a load of weight or the lads have been messing around with them. Got a feeling it's a combination of both.

Just been looking through the thread here and it seems to me I may not be as heavy as I have previously thought, I have also been loosing some small amount of weight since the beginning of march, and have managed a small amount so far, but I'm not looking for any great loss in a short amount of time, as it stood, at the beginning of March I weighed 85 kg, although I'm not particularly tall which doesn't help. as of this morning I weighed 81 kg, so roughly 4 kg or just under 9lbs of weight lost. to the most part I haven't really changed my diet with the exception of cutting out processed food and not snacking much, but still having 3 decent meals a day, fortunately I work in a place where we make fresh food from basic ingredients.
Sorry to hear about the diagnosis Bob, those kinds things never do help with the whole exercise bit

Ok 20 st 4 lbs this morning. Still losing a little, about a pound every two weeks, but that's better than nothing!
