Interesting thanks. Mostly S Gauge buildings, which is good for inspiration as I cannot afford for the club to buy more buildings, so I will be making them scratch built from now on. Shame they don't do a model loco! HG

Could you give me a measurement for the gauge of the tracks you've got already (in case you didn't know it's the inside to inside measurement across the tracks).

OK latest scenery piece/building for our club. I have made a combined water tower and water pump windmill, with real water effects! I haven't finished the base which need sanding but the water effects aren't yet fully dried and I have to wait for that first. C&C welcome.

That looks very good indeed! Most impressive.
Have you thought about putting 'planking' around the water vat?

I have indeed, but that's a job and a half, and I don't have any 1mm wood for the planks - 3mm is too thick for cladding, and I reckon some at least would have been old metal locomotive boilers cut down! Hence the red oxide paint job. I can always add rivets I guess! But it is scenery for our club, so you have to draw the line somewhere. Besides it's taken me three days work so far to get this far!

Don't frequent Starbucks or any of the shops like that! So unless you can get hold of them in bulk I guess it'll remain a red oxide Pringles tune!
