A brief update before trying to copy the old stuff over.
In the eeerie words of the little girl in poltergeist 'their heeeerrreeee'. I have my mucky paws on the pegasus bridge set as it arrived at 11:36 this morning.
Now to step back through the warp (hazy waves and eeerie 60's music)
Copied from the swc files.
So as anyone who frequents the 'non gw gaming' section will know.
Today i ordered the £275 Ham and Jam collectors edition set of Pegasus Bridge for Bolt Action by Warlord Games.
I don't get excited about the hobby much lately. But this has me pretty much bouncing off the walls.
I have a handle on painting 2nd world war british denison smocks. But will also have to learn to paint british commandos and germans. Oh and a butt load of scenery and maybe even a whole board.
I am thinking of Cannibalising this board.
and trying to create something like this minus the orne river section
For those wondering what i will actually have to paint...heres the boxed contents.

If you went to derby wargames show, then you would probably have seen thise.
The pegasus bridge model and accompanying bits.
By all accounts it measures a 30" span...in other words it's fecking huge!!!
I am in love.
