I thought heroquest was "Games Workshop/ MB"? Do you know if this is an official (legal) release? Just want to know if I order one GW won't force them to remove the kickstarter and I will lose my money.

I thought that too, they do say in the post that they looked at all the legal stuff. But it is interesting that GW let them do this...
Also: Is this an official product?
Yes, we have the rights over the HeroQuest brand in Spain according to the strict European regulations.

Same, if/when it comes back I'll keep an eye on it. But won't likely to pledge in case it happens again and if it does end up becoming a real product here then I'll look at getting it.

if you read the letter received by ks it has an interesting bit
"Gamezone initially asked us for use of the Heroquest trademark on July 31, 2013. We refused on August 26, 2013, informing Gamezone by email that: "For some time now we have been working on creating a "Heroquest" Gloranthan board game with some game designers. We are looking to use the Heroquest trademark for this, and so at this time we must decline your request."

The unofficial version has returned! Very spanish, very unofficial and possibly illegal. No where on that new page have I seen anything that says they're legally allowed to be making it...
