Playing a game vs a space marine player next week at the club and I'm fairly certain he plans to bring along at least one unit of 3 centurions so (like James' post below) I am looking for tips on dealing with them...
What would be the best anti centurion unit/ models in the Eldar list? I was thinking of fire dragons (of course!) but not sure if they will instakill centurions (no quoting stats guys I just don't know what toughness they are!)
If not fire dragons then what else? Wraithguard? Wraithknight? (can't afford to buy either so would be using a proxy model for now)
I'm guessing I don't want to get stuck in CC with the centurions so shooting will probably be my friend right?
Any tips would be great thanks!

You can't instakill them. They have more toughness than your jetbikes. Eldar doesn't need one specific unit to kill them. Just unload a "firestorm" of S6 and S7 shots (what Eldar are good at). He will roll some ones eventually.

Yeah thanks, that's what I was thinking, forcing him to take lots (and lots) of saving throws, my jetbike mounted Farseer with (hopefully!) doom psychic power will help out with this...

You can't instakill them. Demolisher shells instant kill them just fine. If sill Eldar only had such awesome weapons as the Imperium. Umm, Eldar? Stop thinking big. Guardian rush will do the trick. You need to roll high to wound Centurions, but incidentally you want to roll high to bypass their armor. Added advantage: grav weapons are fairly ineffective against Guardians. Basically you're looking at a core Guardian force whose wave is paved by your special units. The latter take care of screening infantry while the Guardians move in and shoot up the Centurions. I don't think Eldar are an army that should be in big trouble against Marines with Centurions, unless you have a highly specialized army (say a full Wraith army).

My scout snipers did some damage to the ones I was facing last week - and Eldar Rangers are better, so I've been told.
Close combat may actually be the way to take them - recall, since they're SnP, they don't get Overwatch fire when you charge in.
